How Many Inches Can You Gain?
It is hard to answer this question due to the dearth of real medical proof that inversion therapy can help just about anyone to grow taller. The only exceptions, perhaps, are those with spinal deformities.
It is, therefore, hard to be specific about how many inches you can expect to add.
Reports of an increase in height that we came across put possible gains at between 0.3 and 3 inches. The higher threshold looks very less likely, however.
It’s been suggested that the best way to ensure you get significant results is by using your inversion table at least three times every day. This can supposedly help gain up to three inches.
You may only realistically expect to add 1 inch or more if you combine the use of an inversion table with exercise, intermittent fasting, and a good human growth hormone supplement.
Are Height Gains Permanent?
The gains in height from inversion therapy are temporary in most of the cases. You are likely to lose them when you return to normal standing position, as your spine compresses. This takes place some hours after you get off the table.
It probably looks like a waste of time using an inversion table then, you might say.
But advocates say you have a better chance of retaining the height increase with repeated use. In other words, an inversion table is not a one-off solution for growing taller.
By aligning your spine and correcting your posture, this therapy can at least be useful for expressing your maximum height. It is advisable, however, to speak with a professional, such as your doctor, before you embark on it.
