Advertising Guidelines
The advertising guidelines (hereafter “Guidelines”) below stipulate the standards for placement of advertisements or sponsored content (collectively called “Ads”) on the Site by any advertiser, agency, or technology provider (collectively “Advertisers”) that Gilmore Health decides to partner with. We urge all Advertisers to abide by these Guidelines for their Ads placement, including Ads procured on websites or mobile properties belonging to the owners of Gilmore Health or under the AAAA/IAB Standard Terms and Conditions.
The Guidelines merely furnish Advertisers with general considerations in relation to Ad creative and content placed on the Site. You are not to consider them as exhaustive or addressing every issue or situation that may occur in the course of business, especially considering how things change in the advertising industry and the media. The Guidelines can be modified or altered periodically at the sole discretion of the owners of the Site in keeping with relevant changes.
It is the responsibility of Advertisers to ensure that they are familiar with and comply with all laws and regulations applying to advertising, including FTC guidelines on advertising, advertising disclosure, user privacy, and data security. All Ads need to be easily distinguishable from general or editorial content as well as be truthful and fair. Advertisers assume responsibility for making sure that Ads and associated claims are validated. They are also to abide by the Prohibited Content Guidelines and Additional Standards for Advertisers established by the Site owners and included in these Guidelines below.
Review of Ads distributed through exchanges or networks is carried out frequently and the owners of the Site reserve the right to remove, without prior notice, any Ads that contradict these Guidelines, regardless of previous acceptance status, in addition to other actions Gilmore Health owners may take.
