HGH Is Now A Solid Treatment For Osteoporosis According To Studies

Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is a serious bone disease that affects around 200 million people all around the world, including men and women. Osteoporosis is to blame for common fractures that are most commonly hard to recover from, especially when they occur during old age. That is why prevention and early treatment is key. And while Vitamin D, regular physical activity, moderate alcohol intake, and smoking cessation are great methods that you can use to prevent Osteoporosis, you can add HGH to the list as well. HGH (Human Growth Hormone) is a natural hormone that is synthesized naturally in the human body, and as it turns out, it has multiple beneficial effects on our health. HGH has been scientifically proven to be able to prevent and treat osteoporosis.

HGH is produced by the pituitary gland on a daily level. It is the GHRH (GH-releasing hormone) and somatostatin who are responsible for the production of  HGH. While GHGH is stimulating the pituitary gland to produce and secrete HGH, the somatostatin is inhibiting its secretion , and by doing so, these two hormones are maintaining the healthy levels needed by our bodies.

HGH levels are at their peak during puberty, which is when our bodies develop at the fastest rate. After the age of 19, HGH levels remain somewhat stable until the age of 23, which is when these levels normally start to decline. HGH helps our body to develop and grow properly, especially during our teen years when our bodies go through extreme changes, fast growth and development.

What do you need to know about HGH?

As we mentioned earlier, as a sign of the normal aging process, HGH levels decline. Because of this decline, we may experience the following symptoms:

  • Fatigue
  • Visible skin wrinkles
  • Age spots will develop
  • Our  muscle mass will decrease
  • Body fats will increase
  • cardiovascular disease
  • Diabetes
  • Osteoporosis (Frail Bones That can easily Break)
  • High cholesterol levels
  • Lower sex drive
  • Vaginal Dryness
  • Erectile Dysfunction
  • Memory Loss

Human Growth Hormone And Bone Health

As we get older, we struggle with numerous health issues, one major being the increased risk of osteoporosis. As you probably know, osteoporosis is referred to as a bone disease that causes less bone mass to be produced, while the process of eliminating the old bone mass progresses at the same level. Osteoporosis in addition to balance issues and cognitive decline in general that come with old age most commonly results in fracture.  Because of their advanced age older people do not recover easily from these fractures. Research suggests that women after the age of 50, due to the hormonal changes they experience during the period of menopause, are most likely to develop osteoporosis in their lifetime.

Since HGH is known to influence every tissue in the human body and enhance its growth and development that ability is thought to serve as quite the beneficial treatment and prevention method for osteoporosis. In fact, HGH has actual scientific proof of being able to help patients with osteoporosis. In addition its effect on weight loss which reduces the stress on bones is a very important in preventing future fractures. A study published in The Endocrine Society investigated the effects of HGH injections among 80 postmenopausal women who received either placebo or HGH injections. The results showed that the HGH injections that were received over a period of 7 years helped postmenopausal women prevent the development of osteoporosis and increase their bone mass successfully. Another study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism proved that the ten-year administration of HGH has helped reduce the risk of fractures and maintain the bone mass within healthy levels among postmenopausal women who have been diagnosed with osteoporosis.

These are just two of the many scientific studies that have been conducted in order to research the topic of HGH administration and its ability to treat and prevent osteoporosis. As you can see yourselves HGH can enhance the levels of bone mass and protect you against osteoporosis quite efficiently. Raising HGH levels is especially recommended to women after the age of 40 and postmenopausal women who are a part of the biggest risk group to develop osteoporosis and suffer from common fractures.

Conclusion

In conclusion, HGH is a hormone that can help to rejuvenate your body and mind and protect you against difficult health conditions  such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, strokes, and much more. Apparently, HGH has the power to enhance the production of bone mass which will help not only increase the bone mass within the bones and make them stronger, but also prevent the frequent bone fractures that occur due to osteoporosis itself. Thus HGH adding HGH to your treatment regimen can be an effective method to enhance both your physical and mental health.
