The goal of Gilmore's Sports & Wellness Center is to enhance your lifestyle by improving you health and wellness.  The center has activities for all ages and interests. 

Our fitness floor is full of treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical transports, and stationary cybex weight equipment. There is a separate weight room designated for free weight equipment.  The facility also houses an Olympic size heated pool, hydrotherapy pool and a hot tub.
