Cardiopulmonary Department  
The Cardiopulmonary Department of Gilmore Memorial Regional Medical Center, along with other specialty areas, provide quality patient care to North MS and surrounding areas. The department is accredited by the Joint Commission of American Hospitals and the College of American Pathologists.  

Registered Respiratory therapists provide the following services:  
Oxygen Therapy
Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP)
Bi-level Intermittent Positive Airway Pressure (BIPAP)
Mechanical Ventilation for all age groups
Pulmonary Function Breathing treatments and exercises
Arterial Blood Gases
Pulse oximetry
Postural Drainage with high frequency chest wall oscillation
Pulmonary Disease education and treatment  

The cardiology department offers the following services:  
Electrocardiograms (ECG / EKG)
Holter monitors
Cardiac event monitors
Echocardiograms
Tilt Tables studies
