Rehabilitation Services Services

Gilmore provides the following services by utilizing registered physical, occupational, and speech therapists:

  • School Athletic(Sports Medicine)
  • Program Sports and Orthopedics Pediatrics Program
  • Urinary Incontinence Program
  • Aquatic Therapy
  • Neurological Program
  • Burns and Wound Care
  • School Pediatric Program
  • Swallow Studies
  • Splint Fabrication  

Appointments and Information  

A physician referral is required to begin treatment.  A referral may be obtained from your family physician, primary care physician, orthopedist, or other specialty practice.  For more information regarding Gilmore Memorial Rehabilitation Services, please call 662-256-6294 or 662-256-6299.

Outpatient Rehabilitation  services are located in the Gilmore Sports and Wellness Center located at 1111 Earl Frye Boulevard, Amory, MS 38821.
